SELF-WORTH CAREER RESET™

Privacy Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

1. Who we are

Moore Career Consulting, operating as Self-Worth Career Reset™ (“Self-Worth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides Self-Worth Career Studio. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use the Studio.

2. Information we collect

Account and program information

We collect your name, email address, profile and authentication identifiers, cohort or access-code association, account creation and last-active dates, usage counts, and tester-pass status. Stripe processes payment-card information; the Studio stores only limited transaction references, payment status, amount, currency, and access dates needed to provide and account for the pass. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we do not store readable copies of your password in the Studio database.

Career and resume information

We collect information you type, upload, save, or ask us to revise, including contact details, employment history, job titles, employers, dates, responsibilities, accomplishments, education, skills, tools, certifications, licenses, target roles, job descriptions, and generated career documents. Uploaded resume files are processed to extract their contents; the original upload is not intentionally saved in the Studio database after processing, but extracted information and resulting documents may be saved.

Feedback and technical information

If you submit feedback or a problem report, we collect the information you provide and may also record your account email, page address, browser/device user-agent information, submission time, rating, and testimonial permission. Anonymous feedback hides your name in the owner dashboard but remains linked privately to your account for spam prevention and troubleshooting.

Minimal product analytics

We record event counts for homepage views, resume-flow starts, completed resume generations, checkout starts, completed purchases, downloads, profile creation, and feedback submissions. These events may include only a limited category such as Create, Update, or Tailor, or a download format and template. We do not place resume text, names, email addresses, IP addresses, or persistent device identifiers in the analytics event record.

3. How we use information

  • authenticate users and provide secure access;
  • create, revise, save, display, and export resumes and career documents;
  • conduct requested occupational research and improve factual safeguards;
  • administer workshops, cohorts, access limits, and facilitator support;
  • respond to feedback, diagnose problems, prevent misuse, and secure the Studio;
  • maintain records needed for legal, accounting, security, and compliance purposes; and
  • improve Studio quality using aggregated, de-identified, or permissioned feedback where practical.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Studio account data for targeted advertising. Accepting the Terms or creating a profile does not give us permission to send promotional emails.

4. AI processing and occupational research

When you request resume creation, revision, document extraction, or another AI feature, relevant career information is sent to OpenAI’s API to generate or structure the requested output. Studio requests are configured with response storage disabled. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in, but OpenAI may process or retain limited data as allowed by its business terms, safety practices, and legal obligations.

For sparse job histories, the Studio may request occupational research using a general career field and confirmed job title. The research request is designed not to include your name, email address, phone number, employer name, or personal notes. Typical-duty research remains unconfirmed until you approve it.

5. Service providers

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers that help operate the Studio, including:

  • Supabase for account authentication and session management;
  • Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for hosting, security, application delivery, and database infrastructure;
  • OpenAI for AI-assisted extraction, writing, revision, structured output, and requested occupational research;
  • Stripe for secure payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, and transaction records;
  • Resend or another configured email-delivery provider for messages you request, essential service communications, owner purchase notifications, and marketing messages sent only after opt-in; and
  • O*NET and the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics as occupational-information sources.

These providers process information under their own agreements, security programs, and legal obligations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud or harm, or protect rights and safety.

6. Facilitator access

If you join through a cohort, workshop, school, employer, nonprofit, or sponsoring program, an authorized Self-Worth facilitator or administrator may view your name, email address, cohort, last-active information, usage counts, saved-document count, and saved career documents. This access supports program administration, troubleshooting, quality review, and career assistance. Facilitators receive read-only document access through the Studio unless you separately authorize another arrangement.

7. Retention and deletion

Saved career documents, source facts, account information, and feedback are generally retained while your Studio profile remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Raw product-analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted through the Studio’s routine pruning process.

You may use the self-service deletion control in My Career Studio to permanently delete your Studio profile record, saved career documents, source facts, usage events linked to your account, feedback, communication preferences, and individual email-delivery records from the active Studio database. Aggregate or anonymous analytics events cannot be linked back to an account. This action cannot be undone. Authentication and security records maintained separately by Supabase or other providers may remain for a limited period under their retention, backup, fraud-prevention, or legal requirements. A user who signs up again may create a new Studio profile.

Backup copies and records that must be retained by law may not disappear immediately, but they will not be used for ordinary Studio functions after deletion. Testimonial wording already published with your permission may be removed from future use after you withdraw permission through the problem-reporting tool.

8. Email and communications

We use your account email for login, password recovery, security notices, purchase and access messages, and responses to requests you initiate. We will not add you to newsletters, promotions, or marketing campaigns unless you separately and affirmatively opt in through Email Preferences. You may withdraw that permission at any time through Email Preferences or the unsubscribe link included in each marketing message. Account creation, accepting the Terms, contacting support, or making a purchase is not marketing consent.

9. Your choices

You may review and edit saved resume content, download your files, correct profile information, withdraw testimonial permission, or delete saved Studio data. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information and to appeal a denied privacy request. Use the Studio’s problem-reporting tool for privacy assistance.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the Studio, including authenticated access, account-level authorization, access-code controls, encrypted network connections, restricted facilitator features, and usage safeguards. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your password and do not upload Social Security numbers, banking credentials, full government-identification numbers, medical records, or other information not needed for a resume.

11. Children and teens

The Studio is not intended for children under 13. Users ages 13 through 17 may use it only with permission from a parent, legal guardian, school, sponsoring organization, or authorized program facilitator. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal information without legally sufficient permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Studio, service providers, or law changes. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance for material changes.

13. Contact

Privacy questions may be submitted through the Studio’s problem-reporting tool or sent to info@selfworthcareerreset.com. Contacting us does not enroll you in marketing emails.
